Ok I’ve been to plenty of nail salons… but THIS ONE is definitely the BEST I’ve ever been to. From the customer service, to the cleanliness, to the ambiance, and my nails were shaped and done to perfection!! Had me feeling like THAT GIRL when I walked out with my new set! Look no further, this is the SPOT!

Absolutely love the new owner and staff! Super clean and love the nice new massage chairs. The attention to details on my nails is fantastic whatever picture I bring in they get it done! They take their time and make sure everything is done right💜

Honestly, super disappointed. I was trying to be nice and force myself to like my nails, but after thinking about my experience and looking at my nails the next day, this might be the worst nail service I’ve ever had. I think my nail technician’s name was Duy? It started with not even asking me if I wanted just a file or cut during my pedicure. She just went in and cut them super short and my one toenail is super sore from being cut too short. She was really quick with her service and didn’t take her time. The manicure was where things got way worse. I said I wanted a square shaped nail. That’s what I always get and what looks best for my hands. She responded with “no, you need round nails.” I assume she just didn’t know how to do a square nail? She also had short super round nails so maybe? I’m not quite sure, but that was the vibe I was getting. I really really really regret not pushing back and saying no I want square like I asked. I ended up with crooked horribly filed and short round nails that make my hands look stubby and they are not at all what I wanted. I could cry honestly. I even pointed out while she was dipping my nails that they looked crooked, and she sounded a little annoyed and said she was going to file them again afterwards. But, they are still poorly filed. Some being pointy, some being round, tops being bumpy… just a lot of inconsistencies. I spent a lot of time growing them out and keeping them healthy only to have her ruin them. Not to mention the super uncomfortable and tight grip she had on my finger tips. I wanted a fun and relaxing time getting pampered, but it was hard not to feel stressed during the process. The only good part of my experience was hanging out with my friend. Luckily her nails turned out perfect. So, at least there are nail technicians that take their time, listen to the customer, and know what they are doing. I hate to say I paid $70 for a not so great service and crooked nails.
