What a great experience I had there! Anna is a great professional and human being! I don't want to say bad things about some other places around here (Terra Linda), but why did it take soooooo long for me to realize that this precious (yes precious !!!!!!) time that I spend at a salon should be enjoyable? Many of us agree that going to a manicure and having her "holding" our hands and speaking another language with her coworkers (and many times you know if isn't about you it's about the client who just entered) is not pleasurable at all, right? And do I have to mention when they ask you to pay before it's done, and they measured you by what you TIP them? Enough is enough I said to me, and I decided to go to this place, she is local, couple blocks from my house, small, cozy, friendly, one client at a time... While I was there I noted that she was really connected and concerned with me. I had acrilics nails from other place, which weren't done properly and need "repair" and she nicely and professionally tried to explain about this, about that and didn't not blame the previous lady who did them "in a rush". Also, I liked to see that the lady who came after me, seemed to be a "regular", because while I was on my way out I saw Anna happily greeting her and they were exchanging small events that might had happened lately. Nice! The price? $4 dollars more than that big place at the mall Anna's care? Priceless! Check it out!
