Walk in appointments are quite effective. And if you want simple acrylic nails with one color or two, would be a good place to go. But if you are looking for more depth of designing on nails then you need to look somewhere else. Good for simple nails.

My very first time there but Happy they are open because they have pretty good customer services. Special thanks to Lisa (hope its the right name🤗) she did an excellent job! I will be back there.

No complaints about the actual manicures. I had shellac and my daughter acrylics. Both were done very well. I know the nail businesses have suffered during pandemic and I don't want them to lose any more customers, but I wanted to share my experience. I deducted 1 star because, in my opinion, there needs to be a better cleaning protocol during COVID. All stations have plexiglass separators which is great. We had to schedule an appointment to come in and the tables were far apart from each other. There are hand sanitizers and disinfecting wipes on all tables, however I did not see them being used before or after customers. The table where my hands were touching the surface or the chair wasn't wiped. The UV lamps bottom metal plate wasn't disinfected, plus the units didn't have an automatic timer to limit the unnecessarily prolong UV exposure. The nail technician was constantly readjusting her mask, then touching my hands, so that any viral particles could've been easily shared. At one point she lowered it down completely, asking if that was ok to be without the mask, as it was fogging up her glasses. I understand the inconvenience of wearing a mask, but there are ways to improve with tighter mask seal or anti-fog lens spray. The bowl with warm water where my hands were soaking, was rinsed without the use of soap. And lastly, she did not wash her hands between the customers. My recommendation for the management is to review the proper cleaning protocol with staff and make sure everyone follows it. It will make customers feel safe and want to return again for service.
