I have really enjoyed my experience at this salon! They help you right away even if you’re a walk in and they’re always super clean. I was very impressed by the disposable technology they’re using on the pedicure machines. I’ve gone 3 times and I live in Salinas I love it and worth the drive!

My daughter and I went in to get our nails done, me a pedi and her a set of acrylics. They took me in right away, and although my daughter was told it would be 5 minutes, she had to wait 30 minutes. I was not paying attention as we were in two different areas, but about an hour later, my daughter comes to me and says let’s go. We paid and after we got to the car, my daughter breaks down crying. I am not sure why I didn’t storm back in there, but not only did my daughter not have the acrylics that she said she wanted when we walked in, but her nails were just painted with gel polish and when she realized she was not getting acrylics, she was told by the owner that is what she asked for and said to her “f you”. She lectured her for 5 minutes on how to properly request service. I know I have taught her to be nice to service professionals, but she should always demand that she is respected as well. I can’t believe she paid her and EVEN gave her a tip. The worst part is it was the owner Lily! We will NEVER go back there.

Completely disregarded me because I am a woman of color. Had a very small misunderstanding over the kind of manicure that I wanted and the owner was so rude and proceeded to use profanity, completely disrespectful. I still paid for a service that was really poorly done and tipped on top of that. I left feeling so terrible and that's the last thing you should be feeling after leaving a salon. So disappointed and saddened that I even have to leave this review.

Went in and at first glance was impressed with cleanliness. Our appointment time ended up being blown past by 45 min which wasn't a great start. Once we were finally starting to get worked on my nail tech spent more time walking around and on her phone than on my nails. She also had a rash on her arms that she kept scratching at, flaking her skin and scabs on the towel for my nails and then grabbing my hands with her hands without washing them post scratching episode. It was beyond disgusting. She tried to do a simple nail art and it came out poorly with the lines very wobbly and not in the right places. I gave 2 stars because the other people I came in with had fine experiences I just seem to have gotten a girl on a bad day. I really hope she is able to get her rash resolved because it's a huge cleanliness issue.
