they make you feel welcome while other salons you feel judged. they actually have conversations with you and try to get a long with you while other salons talk to their coworkers. they are incredibly sweet and do such a good job. they take there time and try to do the best they can. they respect you and your appointment time. i definitely recommend this place! send your friends here!

I made an appointment set at 5pm a couple days before going in and once I actually get there I had to wait a whole hour for them to attend me and then they overcharged for nails that look outgrown and not at all like the design I wanted

Doesn't respect appointments. Is happened twice that they don't respect appointments. The first time I accompanied my mother, who made an appointment a few days in advance. When we got there she was attending a different client and told us to come back later. Recently I went with a friend to get her nails done and they had left a young woman in charge even though she could not do nails or take appointments. Not her fault she wasn't allowed to do much and the bad management. She told us to make an appointment with the nail technician. So we did. When the time came for the appointment she backed down as she preferred to attend two other clients. Even though she was shown the message where she confirms the appointment she still didn't respect it. She clearly has favoritism amongst clients to where she doesn't respect new clients appointments. Don't recommend as they won't respect your appointment if your a new client.

**Update** The first time it took two times for them to attend me. And the second and LAST time I went it took an hour and a half past my appointment time to get service. The worst experience with a nail tech by far. I scheduled an appointment with her a week in advance and when I show up she says I never made an appointment even though I had her message confirming the appointment. She took in other people instead and didn’t even speak to me, she didn’t apologize and instead sent someone else to tell me she won’t do my nails all while giving me dirty looks with her client. She doesn’t respect people’s time and lacks professionalism.
