I want to give this salon five stars but I did have a small critique. But first let me say that the staff were friendly, it’s a cozy little salon and prices were comparable to what I’m used to paying in LA. I made an appointment a month in advance for my wedding manicure. I had a photo reference which made things easy for the tech. I believe I was with Frank, he was really funny and personable. At first his sense of humor seems rude and a little sarcastic but I warmed up it. He was so friendly after all. I also received a pedicure and it was perfect.. My one critique is that this was my first time getting dip so I sort of knew what to expect but only by way of what I’ve heard or seen. The nails came out nice but near the end I felt like he was rushing a little and didn’t even out the thickness of the nail bed. My left nails were clumpier and higher than the right side. I just thought that’s what happens. Just wish he would have been a little more detail oriented.

I loved my experience at Glow Nails and Spa! I had never been, but decided to go based on all of the amazing Google reviews. I was very happy with my decision! They fit me in at the end of a busy day, and I was so grateful! Frank did my manicure, and I have never been happier with my nails! He did a French dip, and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! I got a gel pedicure with Hana, and she also did amazing work! I will definitely be going back!

My girlfriend and I came to this nail salon and it must have been a long day for the people working here because we did not have a pleasant first impression. The nail technicians were tired and irritated and did not do their best work in my opinion. We all have those days so I understand, but if I pay for a specific quality of service I expect it to be given. The manager/owner of this establishment is a very kind and talented individual. We spoke to her privately after we had paid and told her about our experience. She generously offered us the opportunity for her to redo my girlfriend’s nails. We went back the next day and she did them incredibly well. Everyone has off-days but these people are hard working and understand what it means to feel good and pretty after receiving a service. If you want quality, ask for Sang. We will definitely be returning. (the image attached is of the final nail product after being fixed)

First time here - tried to walk-in but they were busy so they fit me in for a few hours later. Frank did my acrylics and was super friendly and made sure I was happy with his work every step of the way. He didn’t rush and made adjustments and suggestions to make sure I got the nails that I wanted. Very happy with my results! It was about $75 for acrylics with gel which is pricey but expected for Santa Barbara prices. Will definitely come again and hope I can get Frank again!! 😁

I got my nails done by Frank and he did an amazing job. The space is beautiful and so comfortable. Service was excellent and I am beyond impressed with the nail art, I have yet to find a nail place that is able to do such amazing designs. I will absolutely be back. Highly recommend!
