I went here to get my nails done for my birthday and had a great experience! They were able to help me, even though I did not have an appointment and treated me with kindness the whole time. Asked if I wanted a soda or water and then immediately gave me a magazine. Overall the whole experience was delightful and the atmosphere was comfortable, just what I wanted! Later that day I ended up getting engaged! I was so glad to have my nails looking great for the photos! Thank you to Nail Palace and the great people there!

My girlfriend and I were in Santa Barbara for the first time, and on our second day there she decided she wanted to get her nails done, and I was way overdue for a pedicure. Nail Palace was near the Simpson House Inn, where we were staying, so we decided to go there. There was a man and a woman working there; he did my pedicure and the nice woman did my girlfriend's manicure. After providing us with tea and bottled water, they went to work. They were both very pleasant, and very professional, and we were both thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Nail Palace!

This is my de-stress place to go. Wonderful massage chairs, amazing care from the owners. Wonderful pedicures. The oil massage is really good. My daughter gets little multi-color flowers on her nail-polish. It is clean and quiet. You cannot ask for more

Awesome. Went in right before they closed and they were so sweet! Had an amazing pedicure. Gave me such wonderful treatment. Would recommend anyone to come.

VERY nice people, they gave me a flower even though i did not have the extra 5 dollars. otherwise i was not pleased with the service. it took a very long time for them to even get started, which was strange because there was only one other person there. i got a regular manicure and, in all honesty, i could have done the same amount of work myself. i would go again to get shellac due to the nice people, but if you are looking for very well done nails i would suggest another place. good prices!
