I waited 10 minutes to get my nails done. I haven't done my nails over 4 years and service was great! The man took his time and made sure they came out beautiful which they did. Price was decent for what I asked for. No complaints! Great service and nails are beautiful! I will be back to get them refill.

Sun and his wife... forgot her name now, are absolutely amazing. I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Goleta and Santa Barbara, never had the service they gave to me. Sun did my nails and the best by far that I’ve ever had and his wife did my lashes. I have received so many compliments, I’m absolutely going back! 👌🏼

I went with my cousin to go get our nails done because it was her birthday and from the start they did a horrible job. She made my cousin take off her own nail polish. When we were getting them done we had one person working on both of our nails going back and forth while there were other woman doing nothing and just sitting around. We heard that she had an appointment and we obviously knew she was in a hurry. We were very angry because she could have said from the start so she wouldn’t have gotten them done and we could have gone somewhere else. Long story short they came out crookedly and the nail polish was rubbed. She even hurt my nail and it began to bleed. We had horrible service she was very disrespectful. My cousin chose a nail polish and they didn’t have it, she chose a different one and the same thing thing happened, when she chose another color it wasn’t even the one she wanted. We each payed 50 dollars and had a horrible time, this store is trash! DO NOT GO

I came in for my old acrylics to be removed and then a new set to be put on, the removing process was very painful as he was pulling off my nail. It then took him 2 1/2 hours to put on a full set. He made me bleed on three of my fingers, and he tried making my acrylics extremely thick. When asked to make them thinner he gave me an expression of annoyance. When he was finally done we went up to the cash register and I was charged $65 dollars, what would usually be $50-$55. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. I am still not happy with my nails.

Worst experience for gel nail manicure EVER. THEY Did NOT Clean Under nails, Nails Were NOT buffed, The Paint Job Was splotchy. The price was ridiculous. They over charged my card. Customer service was awful.. save your money.. flee to any other salon!!!
