My mom got her nails done here a week ago for the first time and it was terrible service. They cut her in two fingers one became extremely swollen and they also painted them extremely wrong bubbly and carelessly. This will be her first and last time there. The male employee had the worst attitude she has years going to a different salon and she went there and will not be back. Everytime she asked for something they made her feel like they didn’t understand her. Very terrible experience.

Horrible customer service. Tom is very polite and welcoming, however the older lady is rude. Does not do what you ask for and has a horrible attitude. When I asked her to fix the shape, she started throwing things around and sighing. Never coming back!

Wife showed up and asked for a French fade, they gave her a French tip. She asked for her nails to get done the ways she originally asked. Lady says they are going to have to charge twice to have them done correctly the way she originally wanted. If they dont know what a French fade is, ask. Simple. Taking business elsewhere.
