Kelly transformed my hands. I decided I needed to pay the price ND take the time to have my nails done professionally. It's amazing how having ones nails groomed can lift a person up!

My daughter and I have been going here for 8 years. I called 2 weeks ago and spoke with owner and made an appointment for acrylics, which was specified at time of phone call. We go in for the appointment and the owner asks me if we have an appointment, said yes and gave the name. She gave us a rude look and tells us to sit down. After sitting for 10 min she gives us the color swatches for a different type of nail and we said we were getting acrylics. She then tells us that she hasn’t done acrylics for a while now and was just rude. The vibe in the whole place was off and weird. Never experienced that there before COVID (& yes, we had masks on). We have always gone to her for nails because she was good at what she did even though she would always overbook and it would take a minimum of 2 hours to get nails done. Never again. Very frustrating to say the least.

Kelly and team are always friendly and willing to assist by appointment. They are fast, courteous and professional. I also love their SNS powder for my nails. The powder makes my nails grow so fast I have to cut them down each time.
