I went here for my first time today with a friend of mine who has been very happy with them. But I had a very uncomfortable experience. I tried to speak up that my nails did not look good. A couple broke while the lady was grinding them, and instead of trying to fix them, she just painted them and they looked awful. Another lady who worked on my friends nails fixed 2, but that was it. And even in fixing it, the tips had extra polish and it looked lumpy. She said they looked fine and didn’t want to take the time to fix anymore. The owner was out for some personal reasons. I’ve heard she’s very kind and takes care of you. So it was unfortunate that her employees don’t seem to care when she’s gone. It was very obvious they didn’t care about their quality and that I could have potentially become a new client. Still looking for a great nail place I guess…

I've gone to every nail salon in Windsor, and this is definitely the best. I got a hard nail manicure, and despite the grow out, the polish stayed perfectly. The owner is very friendly an attentive, and really tries to get to know her clients. Overall this was a very positive experience and I will be going back.

Worst experience ever. I didn’t get the color or length I asked for and when I brought it up, the men who were doing my nails were rude about it. They were so rough and impatient and cut me a couple times. My nails hurt for days after because of how rough they were and I had to cut them down myself. They made it very clear I wasn’t welcome there.

NOT That good, I asked for thin nails, the girl doing them kept yawning and looking at her cellphone. I had to go back the next day because there was a gap between the acrylic nail and mine. It needed to be filled with glue. Not going back there I paid $95 for manicure, pedicure, acrylic, GEL polish and 2 art flowers on my big toes and left a $20 tip. IT WAS later in the day but I didn't get the thinner nails or them glued probably!!😒
