I live in Concord and I've tried other nail shops. Serenity nail spa is the best, hands down. Definitely worth my 20 min drive both ways. All of the nail techs are so nice, the environment is relaxing and the facility is very stylish. Shout out to Brian and Kim for running a beautiful business.

The older ladies always pushing me to get the better package. All I want is the basic package. I'm happy with the regular nail colors, not into gel colors. When I decline the better package and only want basic, they seem unhappy and gave me an attitude. This happened several times I'd been there with a couple of the old ladies. I am put off by that. Pushing for bigger sales. A turn off!!!!! The young girl there is great though.

I got a fill for my acrylics here less then a week ago with gel polish. To make a long story short, the GEL nail polish is peeling off of my acrylics, which has never happened before. Gel nail polish never peels off. While I was getting my acrylics filed, it took about an hour and a half which is an extremely long time for a fill. The ladies also struggled to do my design, which was a simple French tip. Overall, I'm very unhappy because I will probably end up painting my own nails or going elsewhere after all of the paint comes off of these acrylics.
