Q Nails

I will never go back. She cut my nails after I asked her not to, only file them. When I asked for a ghost design she said they do not do them only on gel nails, then as she cut my cuticles she cut into my skin. Just bad service. I was not happy at all.

I went here today with my niece and my daughter.I had a pedicure done my niece had a pedicure and my daughter had a pedicure and full set acrylic done.Jimmy and his staff were amazing and my daughter had her full set done by jimmy and he did a great job!!we are definitely coming back again.

I have been coming here since 2016 when I moved out here from Arizona. At the time it was right around the corner from my house. I’ve never had any issues with them . Even after Covid it started I still went to them, mind you I moved to Long Beach and would drive all the way to Norwalk just to have them do my nails. Today they lost me forever like I said I’ve been going there for five years I made appointment two weeks ago they told me to bring cash because they weren’t able to except card that day so I assume their system was down. I brought cash no problem. Today I went in after making an appointment two days ago . They never said that they weren’t excepting card After my nails were done by Henry I was very pleased they looked awesome. I went to pay they told me that they only except cash so I told him I was going to go next-door get the cash and I’ll come right back. Like I said I’ve been coming there for five years they know where I worked they know my name they know me personally. The girl at the front tells me that I’m gonna have to leave my phone which has all my information in it and go get the cash. I asked her if she was serious I always tip well I literally drive all the way here from Long Beach she said yes it’s policy. The owners wife tells me I have to leave it until they get their money so I went to the ATM gave them their money and told them I’m never coming back they made me feel like I was a thief like they didn’t trust me when they see me literally every two weeks for five years they’ve literally seen me 310 times and I have to leave my phone so you get your money. Completely unprofessional they lost me and seven of my friends customer service is everything I would understand if you’ve never seen me before but you’ve seen me 310 times. You lost a loyal customer. The only reason they’re not excepting card is because they’re working under the table so you guys are working illegally and have the nerve to treat a loyal customer that way I’m calling health I hope you guys get shut down for good!!!!
