I trust that every time I go there to get a pedicure, that I will have 3 important things: cleanliness, a professional doing the service, and a killer foot massage. My toes love it and feel refreshed and polished

Terrible experience. Never even got to have the service. We had 3 appointments for a bridal party at 1:15, we showed up at 1:25 due to parking. We were called at 1:18 and I stated that we were walking. The receptionist said ok. When we showed up we were told that only 2 of the 3 bridal party could be seen due to our tardiness. When I made the appointment originally, I was told that our appointments would be canceled if we were more then 15 minutes late, we were 10... they made no effort to help us. We decided to all walk out as all 3 of us needed nails. We then called the Nail lounge, which is down the street, and they were able to take all of us within 30 minutes. The receptionist was so incredibly rude, we will NEVER return. Extremely disappointed.

Amazing experience. Clean place and they did a great job! A little pricey but worth it! Long lasting nails and great quality work.

I got acrylics done here by Sarah and I was extremely disappointed. The acrylics are lumpy and uneven, she left chunks hanging off of the nails, and the nail polish was applied carelessly and in opposing directions. Additionally, when I chose a color she told me it would not look good and I should choose a different one. The woman at the cash register kept my change assuming a very large tip which I found unprofessional. I have gotten acrylics many times and have never been so disappointed by the quality and service - horribly overpriced for a terrible job.

I have gotten a gel fill here a few times and am now making it my regular salon. They paint the gel on super thin so that it looks like my real nail...every other salon paints it on so thick it looks like I have bricks on the ends of my hands. Really clean facility and friendly staff, plus a great color selection for gel polish.
