I do not have a problem with ivy or Ann to me they are the most kind, respectful, patient, gentle, understanding technicians at this establishment the other technicians they all need professionalism training and they need to watch what they say in their language because people understand I speak Cantonese Tagalog and Chinese everything that I heard them say today baffles me and I've been spending money here I've been spending money here for over a year and a half now ever since they started opening that when they opened up with the new with the older man everybody was kind of in line ever since that older man stopped checking people in and they've been having this young man up here the young man is nice too it's just the rest of the female technicians the older ladies they're rude and then they want to talk about you and laugh and think you don't understand what they saying and I still left out being professional in life because I'm holding out for ivy and Ann but today is my first and last day that I will ever come back to this establishment again I will find a new technician I will find a new establishment and I will give my money elsewhere give my money to those people because what I do will not tolerate is disrespect I made an appointment they were late for my appointment then on top of that the other technician only did pedicures then on top of that one lady who could have done and helped in stepped in and helped in and got extra money blatantly said no and her appointment was not until 11:00 we were the first ones here at 9:00 so you know what My time is up with this establishment this is not a good place if you want to have good service and professionalism and good work I advise you go somewhere else or only book with ivy or Ann. Don't book with Lisa don't book with Lillian!!!

My sister and I came here and got our pedicures done for the first time. Ivy did an amazing job, she’s attentive and very gentle and her 5 minute foot massage is something I didn’t know I needed. My sister had her pedicure done by a wonderful lady with glasses (she didn’t see her name) and also liked her service. We hope to come back soon :)

I went here with my husband on my birthday last year August, it was probably the worst experience i had for a pedicure. first off i sat at the very end chair, that was a bad choice on/my part, i had to wait about 10 mins for someone to get started with me, meanwhile my husband gets a very nice lady who started his pedicure while i wait. There was one young Asian man that looked to be about 20, I truly believe its the owner’s son or nephew. The owner had tell him to get started on me, the son isn’t happy to do a pedicure or to be at work at all. he first goes to the bathroom, so i wait for another 5 minutes, then he starts his pedicure process on me, let me remind you he doesn’t looked happy being at work. He completely rushes my spa pedicure, we paid for the full spa treatment which i did not receive. When he finished, i go sit down waiting for my husband who is still getting pampered and getting the full spa pedicure treatment. The ladies and owner are excellent, just don’t let the son/nephew do your pedicure. I did not tipped him and i always tipped good! I will go back but i will make sure not to get that boy ever again
