I use to LOOOOVE coming here for my nail needs… they always did such a great job no matter who helped you. But now I’d you go for a pedicure you’re sitting in cold water for 50 min like I had tonight. First the water was burning hot. Then she added cold water and when it turned off it just got cool super quick. Nail techs walked by and no one checked on me. Almost an hour how’s by and here comes the nail tech. They apologized for the wait and got right to work. It felt rushed tonight unfortunately. And my nails don’t look good. I picked a cute color but that’s not the problem. I’ll put pictures. Now, you can forgive a long wait because of covid but it’s been like that for a while now and even before the pandemic. I wish they did a better job. Their nail services and designs are pretty basic too. I’m just not going back, very sad to say. I’m officially done with lavender nails. I wish them well and hope they get better 🤷🏻‍♀️

I never ever leave a review but I had to this time this used to be my favorite place and I had a terrible experience I had to walk out in the middle of a service! The guy who was doing a simple manicure On me couldn’t listen for simple instructions! Yet was filing my nails as I already told him my nails were so brittle, it was a manicure and he didn’t even soak my nails at all!

I DON’T recommend this place. I came in with my daughter to have pedicures done they said they had time for us to do them so they put our feet in the water and started with the process. The Lady finished with my daughter and then left me with my feet in the water for about 30 minutes plus and started working on someone else, I saw that my daughter was getting bored and finally the ladies asked me if I can still wait five more minutes. I told her no and I had to walk out because it was just a waste of time. I don’t know if they trying to do this to get more money but the customer service is bad. If there were more appointments before us or walkins a good come back later could’ve done it instead of wasting my time.

I made an appointment for pedicure. Nail tech was on time and throughly cleaned my toe nails. She did a good job.
