If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m not one to complain like this but I’m just very bothered by my experience. I went in just to get my acrylics removed. (I didn’t get my nails done there I just picked a random spot to have mine removed) I called ahead of time so I would know the price and I was already contemplating not going because it already seemed overpriced for removal. I went anyway, they took me right away, great, she clipped off the length like normal and drilled off the gel polish. Then she began to start prying them off with a new acrylic tip and tweezers, I told her it hurts and didn’t want her ripping them off. She did not grab acetone until I asked if they used it to take off acrylic. She seemed bothered to get up to grab the appropriate items for removal… then after she barely let my nails soak, in what looked like dirty/used acetone bowl, she continued using the drill and has now damaged my natural nail and I still have acrylic leftover on my nails because she didn’t allow me to keep soaking. Drilled down to my natural nail and too far so they’re sore and irritated. I will never return and recommend to never step foot in their door. Oh yeah and they wanted to charge me more than what they said on the phone and when I said “oh I thought you said $13?” he goes “oh yeah I did…” and then went on to make things up and try to overcharge. I wish I could add a picture to my post. DO NOT GO HERE. Find a better place. Way too overpriced for their non-hospitality and non-cleanliness.

My daughter had her nails done here today. Not only they didn’t get her the color she was looking. That's fine, hoping they were out of it. But then the tech cut her finger. That's not acceptable at all. The 2nd star is for the antiseptic that was provided. Not sending my daughter there again.

I've had very good pedicures at Luxury Nail Spa. They offer many services. The massage chairs are very comfortable, and the atmosphere and music are calm and restful.

Every time I walk-in, I never have to wait. It is a very clean and well kept salon. Everyone is so friendly and they always do a good job of fulfilling your requests for a certain type of pedicure or manicure. They also do great eyebrow waxing.

I scheduled to get a mani pedi gel. They do not know how to apply simple nail polish. I filed my own nails and kept telling the lady to clean up the nail polish around my cuticles and at the end it still looked horrible. It looks like some five-year-old applied it. I told the guy at the register and he just looked at it and didn’t even acknowledge it. Never going back again.
