The guy didn't evaluate my nails I have eggshell nails so they are thin naturally, I could feel the burning from his filing. My nails are different shapes and sizes. I have acrylic on my skin around my cuticles. He was so rushed and I was the only one in the store. He didn't even put cuticle oil on me after the service. My husband even said my nails look bad and all I got was a solid color no design no ombre. I hope this helps as many people to go somewhere else because getting nail service is not cheap but the guys here make you feel that way.

Very rude! Been going for years, I understand they get busy but as a long-time client I’d expect better customer service. I went in twice and was told to go back as they were busy, I went yet again and very rudely was told “there’s no time”. Last time I go!!!
