I come here regularly! I see Helen for my brows every 2-3 weeks she is the best!!! She changed my brow game. I have even gotten a pedicure from her and again she is the best! Right after giving birth I was in need of me time and she did not rush the process she took her time and allowed me to relax, she even let me sit there a while longer just to enjoy the massage chair.

After reading the great reviews, I was excited to try this salon since it's so close to my place. I got there at 10:45 on a Wed and asked for a pedicure. There was only one other customer getting her nails done. They sat me in a chair immediately, but no one came over to start until 11. The technician I was assigned kept stopping to check her phone, to talk to other customers and have conversations with her coworkers. I don't care if they're gossiping, I just need her to multitask! The prices are reasonable, $35 for a deluxe pedicure, but I felt like other things were more important than the service I was paying for. It's also awkward they wax people's faces and trim their nose hairs while they're in the pedicure chair next to you... It's 12:22 and I'm just now finished and waiting for my toes to dry. I'll try another salon for my next pedi. 3/22/2022 update - wow, I'm just now seeing the owner's passionate response to review. I think this says more than enough about her feelings on customer service.

Beware!! Avoid this place! I can’t think of a worse salon. I left this place feeling robbed/cheated. I went in for a basic pedicure. Which is listed as $20 on the window sign. The tech pushed for a manicure, so I agreed to that as well, also asking for a basic service. Window sign lists this as $13. What I received was a bare minimum pedicure, no scrub, no stones, no massage, no callus removal. By the end, I was charged $46! How?? She couldn’t explain it AND wouldn’t refund me to recharge correctly! And proceeded to be rude and blame me. On top of the lies and blatant STEALING, the service was shoddy (see pictures). My cuticles are worse off then when I came in. And even after several asks yo clean up the work, I was left with very poorly done work. Save your time and money! I would avoid this place!!

Friendly place. I had a manicure and pedicure. They offered me boxes to choose from for my pedicure boxes containing different treatments for the pedicure had never seen that before. Overall it was nice
