The shop is amazing. Very professional. Very friendly. The shop was clean and very neat. I love how they offered me something to drink and a snack. I've never had that before. This place is amazing.

While the employees are friendly, the nail quality is anything but. I was charged $47 for a very short French tip. The nail tech left acrylic under my nails and told me it would "fall off later". On the bright side, they serve alcohol...lol. This place looks fancy but i did not enjoy myself.

The man doing my pedicure was alright. The foot massage was all but 5 seconds. The woman doing my nails was very rough, cut my finger and was continuously rough on my bleeding finger even though I was hurt. She had attitude when I asked to match colors with a picture I had and was impatient when making my selections. She tossed a pen and paper on my lap to write the numbers down. Then after completing the selections, she mumbles its an extra $5 for multiple color nails which is not normal. I did not want anything special, just different colors. I asked to just get my nails cleaned and trimmed but no color. She sloppily finished, left glue on my nails, didn't file them, no hand lotion, unfinished cutting and called people over to, I assume, gossip about me as she gave me lots of side looks. I was polite the whole time and didn't say much besides flinch a little if she squished my hurt finger. I only said I was a teacher who doesn't make much money so I wanted to save by just getting the glue off my nails, I felt bad but was not having a good time. I won't be going back. I left quickly because I was getting uncomfortable.

First time coming here and glad I found this place! Tracy is so friendly! She’s quick and gentle! paired with mimosas and snacks while being serviced, I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect nail salon! Definitely Look forward to going back soon!

They did such a good job! They offered a menu of cocktails. Which is complimentory with your apt. The salon is beautiful, a bit pricey but totally worth it!
