Very reasonable, nice workers.

I have gone here previously and had decent experiences with Kathy and Vanessa. On Saturday negative ten stars, as the women in the first booth on the right side of the stire worked on me. She destroyed my natural nails doung a terrible and painful job removing dip powder nails. The experience was extremely unprofessional with her yelling at people in Vietnamese most of the time. Her process was unsuccessful and caused pain. Several times, I asked her to stop and remove them two of the way Vanessa often has. She tried for a moment and then went back to her destructive ways. I should have just left, at that point. I would gave been better off. But I wanted them removed. Within in 24 hours since her manicure, five nails ripped from her damage, several are painful. She did a terrible job removing the previous and all my long healthy beautiful nails look awful now.

I went to this nail salon a couple of months ago to get a wax and the technician who was helping me was with another customer when I walked In. Apparently the other customer was a regular and she was looking for a certain nail polish color so the technician decided to take me while she was choosing her nail polish color. The technician was rushing with me to do my wax that she actually burned me. She wanted to get back to her regular customer and in doing so ended up doing a really horrible job on me. As a compensation she didn't charge me for my chin which is where she burned me. I will never go back to this place again.

Very rude manicurist. Won't speak a word of English the entire time but does a good job with the acrylics. Very disappointing experience every time and has tried to steal from me twice in one year to pad her tips. Don't recommend this place for anyone looking for what should be kindness.

5 stars if you ask for Venna :) someone else at this place did my new acrylic set painfully tho. Around the skin of one of my nails, blood was visible, the rest just stung
