I don’t know where to start. This place is very dirty, the mirror, floors and the tools they’re using is NOT disinfected. The girls are friendly but lack skills. They charge for a spa treatment but u walk out of there looking like flea-marked. My gel pedicure is lumpy and looks like I had my 7 year old apply it. And then when it’s time to pay the girl is not even asking if I’m satisfied, all she wants to know is; how much I’m going to TIP. I replied No tip and walked out. Very unprofessional, save your money and go somewhere else. This place is NOT it. Btw I paid $135. 60+75, $75 for gel pedicure. Not sure why they charge so much for such a ghetto place. NEVER again. There are plenty of nail shops here in downtown LA that do a great job and have reasonable prices. Also peep the comments about this place. Seems like this is what they do. I’m not the only victim.

The techs were kind and fast! I got a full set manicure, gel pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. I would say pricing is a bit much but I needed stuff done for a wedding I was in - and it seems right for the prices of DTLA. The nails only lasted a week (literally 7 days then three popped off) so I soaked the rest off myself after 8 days. I loved the work they did, but since the nails didn't last 2 weeks (as most acrylics do and as I was told by one staff) I gave it a 4 star. Great work though!

Let’s be clear I’m editing my review since the owner wants to not only expose my number but push a false narrative. The nail techs were rude , and as I was receiving subpar service I decided to look up the reviews which were poor and as recent as three days ago . The technician was doing my nails and I said to her you know what I am going to get my nails removed( no acrylic had been applied Only the tips had been glued on) the manager told me 15$ I then said it was expensive (all of my nails were not at applied) I offered 10. The manager then argued me down and stated “ BLACK PEOPLE NEVER WANT TO PAY FULL PRICE” I then argued a little then left. She is very rude and her comments were distasteful. I also contacted her about putting my phone number up on the response and now she is accusing me of pushing her. STOP BEING RACIST AND PLAYING VICTIM SEE YOU IN COURT. WHAT KIND OF ESTABLISHMENT POSTS A CLIENTS PHONE NUMBER.

I showed the lady a picture had to ask her multiple times to keep filing and she still didn’t get them right but charged me more. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed her and I honestly dislike them! I won’t be back.

Well I’m not from here. I found nail bar downtown LA For a pedicure $65 couldn’t even soak my feet in water because it was cold they had to boil water for the pedicures! do not recommend this place The most expensive ghetto place I’ve been to in LA 👎🏽
