Extremely unclean. Tools were not cleaned & same nail file used on every client. Employees eating in the same room as clients getting nails done. A dirty towel was put on my lap. Fruit flies were buzzing around. Very noisy washing machines running and side conversations happening between employees. The gel colors are mislabeled - instead of trying to find the color I wanted that was listed incorrectly, she told me to “just pick another color.” I was very much looking forward to the color that was mislabeled. The woman at the front desk is very nice, so I wish it wasn’t such a negative experience.

Mimi is amazing! She takes care of her costumers. I’ve been going with her for several years and she is so friendly, detailed, and does miracles to my hands and feet.

If you don't understand Vietnamese, I wouldn't go here! I went this past week and I had a feeling they were talking mess about my friend and I, so I called my mother-in- law to translate what they were saying and turns out the feeling was correct!! These people are very unprofessional and will talk about you like a dog straight to you face only because you don't understand them, it was my second time there and surely it was my last. The nails they did I absolutely hate, and had to go to my regular nail shop to have them do them over!!!
