Beautiful work, kind and courteous staff I had just had hip surgery and so I couldn't walk to the sink the young man got a towel to wipe my hands and he was really polite

I visit this nail salon two weeks ago to have a gel manicure and a regular pedicure dime. After the pedicure was completed I sat down to have a gel manicure. I noticed the entire time the young lady used the same bottle the technician used to polish my toes.. I began to ask the first nail technician if she was applying gel polish, the nail technician replied, yes. The young lady to her left confirmed, and the young man to her right also confirmed. 2 days after the process, I noticed nails were chipping on both hands. I called the salon and informed the staff member what was going on. She told me to come in, and she would fix my nails. While going through the process, I noticed the second nail technician performed steps the first nail technician had not performed to complete the nail process. II nail technician did not use the same bottle the first nail technician used. The first nail technician used the same bottle the pedicure technician used to polish my toes doing the pedicure process. What surprised me even more, the second nail technician had the audacity to tell me something was wrong with my nails. My suspicions were correct. The first nail technician tried to pass off a regular nail polish as a gel polish, and even charge me the price for a gel polish. I would not recommend this salon. Based on my experience, and a previous experience I had with this salon, they only care about money. I was appalled the young lady used regular polish and charged me for a gel polish. This situation requires further attention. Ladies and Gentlemen, please when you visit this shop make sure you're receiving a gel polish. Unfortunately the individuals dominating the nail industry, cares about money only. They believe we need them, in actuality, they need us. We put food on their tables. We spend our money in their businesses, they take our dollars and spend in their communities. We need to wake up, and stop feeding the negative disposition they have about us, as well as their ideological beliefs they hold about various populations of people. They tolerate us, because they need our dollars. I'm sure they're going to deny the first service given was a gel polish. If that is the case why in 2 was polish chipping on numerous fingers on both hands? I watch every step the first nail technician performed.

Went today for a Pedi with Nina! She's amazing and will be back soon

Loved their clean salon. Will definitely go back regularly.
