They are extremely rude I was not greeted upon arriving and stood there for a couple minutes before being asked what services I came in for I was told to have a seat and then a chair was available they told me to sit at it only to make me get up because they put me there by mistake since someone else had been waiting, they did not apologize or reassure me in any way! Customer service is important and they lack it completely will never come back. I would rather drive a little further for some respect and kindness as a customer. For the record they were not even busy the rudeness was completely uncalled for.

I had an appointment at 11:00 in the morning. I rushed to my appointment. Waited for half an hour for my pedicure to start. After my pedicure, the girl said it would be another 10 minutes for my fill because she had an appointment and I had to wait for another girl. This was at 12:20. It is now 12:30 and I am waiting for a 3rd girl because the 2nd one had an appointment. WHAT ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT? UNBELIEVABLE. And they are still taking walk ins.
