This is my first review ever. My experience was so negative I felt compelled to write a review. Very overpriced for what was done, and rushed. I got a spa manicure/pedicure- both technicians dug deep and made me bleed. The manicure technician was talking loudly across me the entire 10 minute massage. She stopped the massage several times to talk to people walking by. It felt like she was just tying to pass the time. As soon as 10 minutes were up she said, “I’m done.” She asked me for cash when paying and was pushy and hovering over me while I went through my purse. Nails themselves were poorly done. Nails still have jagged edges and weren’t filed well. She also didn’t cover the full nail in several spots on the edges and tips of my nails. I could have done my own nails just as well. I work in the area and thought I’d try this place. Won’t ever go back.

Professionally done. I love using their services when we come to Newport Coast. Staff masked but some selfish customers not cooperating with mask request, wearing mask on neck, and putting staff in an awkward position.

If you like to be on time for an appointment and then are willing to wait 30 minutes then this is the place for you! If you like to hear incessant chatter by the staff and have them on and off their phones during your service, this is your place. Enjoy!

Best mani pedi I’ve ever had!! They can do the mani and pedi at the same time! Lots of staff available and they give great quality service.
