3 stars is a bit generous for the service, but the pedicure was fine in the end. I don’t think it was worth it to pay extra for a deluxe pedicure, my water was pretty cold initially, the scrub and massage were very rushed and not really a massage at all. The hot towel also seemed pointless. A mistake was also blamed on my nail when it was really their dried out nail polish that was used. Would not return.

This place did exactly what I wanted and they turned out great but, when I was in there me and my friend had an appointment so we could just walk in the lady took me first and everything was going fine tell other people that didn’t have an appointment started before my friend they probably took 3 other people besides her and then another lady walks in and says she doesn’t like her nails(they looked horrible and we’re not like the picture that she showed the guy) so she got a 15$ refund but her nails were 65$ so I suggest you have a simple design for them because I didn’t have a design but my turned out good little expensive but good nails. And another lady came in saying her nails popped off in less then a week so it’s only been 4 days since I got mine but I’m not sure!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because it was the most horrible nail salon I’ve ever been too. I wanted a basic manicure with clear polish. The sign said $16 but I went to pay he said it was $26 because they had to remove my polish. I also told him I had a small cut on my finger so please be careful and his response was “it’s not my cut so it’s not my problem.” I was just appalled and wanted to get out of there as soon as I could. What an awful staff and their mission seems to be to treat people terribly and then rip people off. There are many other nail salons in Temecula so I advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs!!

I am unsure as to why this place has good reviews. They are super rude and sloppy. I was not impressed at all at the lack of professionalism that I experienced at my first visit there.

My usual place, but never again. Went in for a fill and color change, along with a pedicure. I had previously had gel, so they told me that it would be $5 to remove gel if I didn’t want gel again, or they would not charge me the $5 removal if I did want gel this time. I told them they could do gel again, but was charged $15 each for gel on hands and feet. I requested maroon nails with a matte top coat. The gentlemen began working on my nails during the pedicure, and once done began applying a shiny topcoat to my hand. I reminded him that I had asked for the matte topcoat, so he painted over the shiny topcoat on one hand with the matte. Finished everything and paid $97 for a fill and pedicure. Noticed that the hand with the shiny and matte began looking uneven and discolored before I even made it home, and began peeling by the next morning. Went back the following day to have it fixed, the gentlemen blamed it on me, stating it was discolored and peeling because I use my hand to pick things up (less then 24 hours after). He had another nail tech redo the topcoat, but even after this my nails are peeling and discolored. Product seemed very old. Too pricey to be disappointed with outcome of nails.
