Let me start by saying I guess I am picky, because I want my nails straight, the same shape and length. I went here to try to find a good nail person. my nails usually last up to 6 weeks, they lasted 2 weeks. she told me one was broken, I said I didn't know and asked where. She said nevermind it was fine. It was not, it was broken. The gloss coat lasted less than a week. I will never go back. She asked how I liked my nails and I said this one looks crooked and she said yeah you came in that way. Then she acted put out that I wanted it fixed. I told her nevermind I just wouldn't come back. She said okay and then was surprised I didn't give her a tip.

I love coming to this salon, the ladies are very talented! Sometimes I go in with no idea what I want and they do something amazing each time! 10/10 recommend ❤️

Very unprofessional! Made an appointment at 10:15. Was there on time and they didn’t realize I was the one who made the appointment. Then he said I didn’t say I wanted a pedi, when I indeed did.Someone who appointment was at 11 was seated first. So I walked out. He followed me just to make up some excuse. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Very rude

This location is wonderful— they took me as a walk in even though they were super busy. everyone is so nice and I can’t recommend it enough!

personally I won’t be coming back. I made an appointment and asked if they do Apple Pay and was told yes. sat down. she moved very quickly, which would have been great if she wasn’t cutting my cuticles up while she did it. she was on a phone call for half the appointment and honestly it felt like that was taking her focus away from what she was doing. I was cut to the point of bleeding at the sink when I went to wash my hands. she left acrylic residue all over my fingers-which I knew was going to happen bc she had the brush all over my fingers. one hand has a shiny top coat, while the other looks more matte-bc for whatever reason she felt the need to rush through my nails. now back to the Apple Pay. I go to pay and I asked if they do Apple Pay again, and was told “yes. but that doesn’t count for tips”. as if I was required to give a tip? I didn’t. will not be back and I don’t recommend.
