He made me bleed 4 times on a very simple design. Had drill bit WAY to high on natural nail. He Had terrible customer service. Called multiple people and told me the darker pink I wanted was more money 80 dollars after he randomly said he didnt have it . Rip off . Dont go here he was super rude with tapping my hand and bending my fingers really weirdly. To were it would hurt. I do nails. And he was totally just failing. If you want horrible customer service and to come out with sore, burning, bleeding due to drilling on cuticle. I only went because it was my one day off to go somewhere fast not thinking I would get ripped off at 55 dollars for basic acrylics which are not there prices. And he wore the same gloves from the last person And he got ugly red sparkles in my nail just because he didn't wipe his brush LAZY. RUDE. That's how I would describe my experience with that guy that calls himself a nail technician get a new job. NEVER AGAIN!!

I’ve been coming here for years and I always get excellent customer service. Linda does a great job on my eyebrows and I’m always happy with my Spa Pedicures! I definitely recommend Kendall Nails, but you really should make an appointment.
