I went here based on it having almost 5 star reviews, but here is my experience: upon arriving, one of the ladies who worked there was outside smoking a cigarette fairly close to the entrance, which is fine, but when she proceeded inside, she went right up to a customer and started touching her hair without washing her hands. I was seated pretty quickly inside for my acrylic fill appointment, but I don’t think the nail tech spoke any English. The lady was going pretty rough around my cuticles the whole time, but it finally came to a point where she made 3 of my fingers bleed. She didn’t really say anything about it until after I came back from rinsing the blood off (the soap dispenser was also empty). So for half of my appointment I was in pain from my fingers burning where I was cut, and continued after I left. During this time, the customer next to me had to tell her tech 3 times that all of her fingers were burning until she finally removed the foil. My tech also didn’t know how to handle my hands without hers rubbing against my nails. This happened while applying the acrylic while still wet, and with the nail polish that got rubbed off. You can also tell from one of my pictures that the nails don’t match shape or length, as she did not compare any of my nails together. Another picture shows 3 nails that have thick acrylic underneath hanging from the sides that were not filed down. I probably won’t be returning here due to how much pain I was in during the appointment. On the plus side, they did offer some snacks during the visit.
