I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t hold back for this place. The nails were messily done, but that’s not what I’m writing about, the owner was incredibly rude. He threatened to refuse service to me if I give his staff a small amount of money in tips and went around yelling at me on the phone. This person is insane. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’m never coming here again even if they say they’ll do my nails for free. DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!

I came in today for acrylic removal, gel mani and pedi. Did not even sit more than five minutes. As soon as the Asian lady saw my nails she looked extremely annoyed and began to drill my nails then I saw her take a plastic nail and go under the acrylic and force it off It really hurt so I asked her if she can soak them off, she said she didn’t have time and it’ll take all day to take them off. She kept drilling my into my nails to take as much acrylic off it began to get too hot and she knew she was hurting me. I had enough of her not trying to make me comfortable so I decided to leave. A professional nail tech knows to soak off your nails so they don’t damage your natural nails as much. Please avoid this place. Owner was nice, nail techs seem annoyed when you walk in. (Thick nails or not always soak them off!!)

Terrible manager! He’s rude and is always running late with appointments , and yet will somehow still yell at you! Do NOT recommend!

I called to make an appointment. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner. I walk in for my appointment and the place is empty— except for the man I booked my appointment with. He told me everyone is gone, with no explanation. The very least he could’ve done was give me a call before I came to the shop. That was extremely unprofessional. I don’t think I would’ve wanted to stay at that shop anyway, however. The inside is very dark, dank and just a not visually pleasing space. It felt like a basement. After I left, I called Zen nails just a few minutes away. They fit me into their schedule and I was still able to get my nails done. They did a great job AND they actually have good business practices. Avoid this place. EDIT: In more unsurprising unprofessional behavior, the owner is now denying they are open despite saying “open” on google maps AND answering phone calls and making appointments. They have also made public negative comments about the competition lol why would I lie about this? There are other reviews that say the same thing. Please be more professional and Gods sake, change the interior of your establishment.

I love this place. they take time to assist in selecting color because I am color deficient. They always utilize clean tools and help you with your shoes after pedicures. The staff are all very good and friendly. Beside nails they offer waxing, facials, lash extensions and hair service. Ive done my eyebrows waxed and lady that does it is amazing. Definitely recommend this place.
