After more than 1h checking all the nails salon near me, this one had the better reviews, for that reason I choose it. I arrive 10min early to my appointment, the check in is easy when you arrive. Immediately a lady star to attend me, removing my old dip powder nails. I selected the service with Annie and I glad with her service. She took the time to do her job, very kindly, attempting with the details. She was fast also, but did a great job! My nails look so natural! I’m pretty happy with my manicure 💅🏼, I will come back for sure! 100% recommended

X Nails is the best nail salon! All of the nail technicians are so kind and friendly. Ever since I started coming, I have made my appointments with Annie (who is awesome). I trust her to do my nails because she has always made them look stunning! I recommend going to X Nails and getting your nails done there, everyone is great!!

Pretty Good but not as expected according to rave reviews. I was definitely thankful for the wonderful customer service by the lady who answers the phone!! I couldn't get in to the place I normally go. I desperately needed a pedicure and wanted some beautiful nails that I saw on another review so I screenshot it. Lee was able to get me in that day thankfully. The place was packed! It's small compared to a couple other places I've gone to but with 5+ customers...! There was at least 10 customers & 6 workers, it was cramped! Again, I was happy to be there & felt safe because everyone had masks and the back door was open for air circulation. I showed the pic and review but she began doing a mani with gel polish only. I nicely asked when she would add the nails, showed the pic again and she quickly said "oh you want Gel X!?" I agreed because I assumed she read the type of service that was on the pic; I was giddy & not being through with questions due to a bit of language barrier. She began and I loved the look of them but a day later I could tell this Gel X ($70) was not the least bit healthy for my nails. Some felt too tight and a few of my real nails which aren't very long are bunching up. They began a pedi in the middle of my nails being done. It seemed harder for Lee to do my nails with all of that going on so I will never agree to that again. Plus underneath the nails weren't cleaned out. The lady doing the pedicure (says Macy on receipt) didn't understand any English which was ok when someone was around to translate. She did a good job getting my feet cleaned up but the rest was mediocre and seemed rushed. After 5 minutes of my polish drying she said I was done. However the young lady that was seated next to me sat as long as she wanted, at least 15 minutes and no one said a word to her. When I got up to pay my nail slightly overlapped the big toe and made a mess. No one was around to translate so I simply showed her. She quickly wiped up the obvious but when I got home a blotch of polish was still on the bottom of my toe. Gel X should last 4-5 weeks. I took a pic after 1 week, 2 days...don't think that'll be my case. I believe Tiffany must own the place because for some reason I was charged $1 for her "unknown service" ‍Oh well. I’m glad I tried it but will likely continue with another place.
