when I go for a manicure, it's a time I take to relax. I don't like having my nails filed with a drill to remove the gel. In this place they work in a hurry, obviously to make money in the shortest time possible and I don't like that. The rush to do a job is never good. Sorry but I was left with a bad impression. My first and last time there. Good luck.

I love this place it's an absolute oasis for me

I cannot say enough great things about this place. It is the gem of the Valley. Everyone is super friendly, professional and great at what they do. The place is super clean and the pedi chairs are so comfy. The selection of colors for gels and regular polish are terrific and they always have options to choose from. It's my go-to spot!!

It's clean. They're nice. But I wish they had told me from the start they don't use acrylics so the process to remove and add hard gel with new tips was going to cost $91. I would have just gotten a fill elsewhere. And then they broke a couple days later. I went 3 weeks in a row and gave up. 1st visit - a fill. But she filled with hard gel. 2nd visit broken nail n pedicure. 3rd visit redo it all with hard gel and tips and pedicure. When the nails looked mehh and broke or folded within a couple days after paying 91 hands only I knew not to go back. Got a full acrylic set elsewhere. Oh and the light was very painful on my thin nails with hard gel. Not sure how it's "better for nails" to hurt when getting done.

Had a great experience. The place was very clean, organized, and the woman in the front counter (Suzy) was very accommodating, and friendly, and very helpful. The massage by Susan was amazing. I haven't tried anybody else, but I'm definitely coming back. Next time I'll try the manicure/pedicure too. Haha.
