The nail techs are not that friendly, and also seem as though the job is rushed. I do not recommend! And I also experience discrimination and racism here... They obviously did not want to service people of color, and treat them like second class. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I really want to like this salon. I've been several times and they're always so nice. The prices are fair and the salon is cute and comfortable. The last two times I've been, my dip manicure has chipped within a week. I've been getting dip for years and I know that I don't like mixing gel with dip. It doesn't work well. I like the dip top coat. I told her I wanted the dip top coat last week and she pretty much told me no and she couldn't do that. I reluctantly let her do the gel top coat. Well, guess what. It chipped on several nails within a few days. It's a waste of money and time. I live so close, I really want this to be my spot, but unfortunately, I'm going to go somewhere that will do my nails how I want and not how they want. My guess is that the dip top coat takes a bit more time and they don't want to deal with it.

I only come to this place for Henry. He is the absolute best and delivers amazing service and does my nails so beautifully. I should have known better to schedule an appointment when Henry is not there. I scheduled an appointment over the phone, and explicitly stated I wanted a full acrylic set with design and a pedicure. I did not want anything other than acrylic. I asked how long it would take so I could schedule my day accordingly and scheduled an appointment for 4:30. At 4:10 while on my way I hit traffic, I called and said I was going to be 10 min late. I showed up around 4:41 knowing that I was only 10 minutes late, I passed on the pedicure to ensure I had enough time to get a proper full set. They said the technician who was suppose to do my acrylics was taken by someone else because I was late (after I had called in to let them know!) so that I could only do Gel X, and I had to do a simple design because of time. I wasn’t seated until 5 p.m.! Yes granted I was late but I waited even longer to get something I didn’t want. The technician Lily, cuts and files my nails down to nubs to grab short plastic pieces to glue to my finger. I told her that the nails were the wrong shape and were too short. She tells me she can’t do it then, it has to be acrylic. I told her I was fine with that but I was told she couldn’t do acrylic. She scoffs and walks away from me. I have no idea what’s going on, until the owner/manager approaches me and asks, “What’s the problem.” I explain to her this situation, to a point where I’m tired of the service, the way the technician is treating me and I reject the incorrect and half service I was going to get completely. I’m so sad to not see Henry again, after I’ve raved about him and have brought so many referrals to this establishment. I will not be returning again and I will take my business and referrals elsewhere.

Fantastic nail salon with cozy chairs, great service and amazing color choices. This is a popular spot so making a reservation is recommended. It’s super clean and affordable.

A beautiful and clean environment to get your nails done and treat yourself. It must be one of the cleanest nail salons in Hollywood. Also the service is awesome and the workers are very kind and discrete. Since I started going to this nail salon, I never needed to look for another one. I’m extremely pleased by their services
