I came in with simple press ons and the lady refused to remove them safely by soaking them in a little acetone and insisted that she remove them by force ripping them off, resulting in her injuring me and ripping my nail into the quick (badly!!). I was in a hurry so I didn't put up as much of a fuss as I should have. The owner told me later that the nail tech said I had ripped my own nail! I reminded her that she gave me the death grip when I was trying to pull away while she was hurting me. She started the manicure and put one of my nails on fully crooked and I asked her to correct it and she said no. Then multiple people in the store told me I Should not worry and that the mail was mot crooked. They literally refused to fix it. I had gotten chrome red nails and the chrome was falling off before I even left the store. I repeated over and over again how much I hated my nails and that I'd never been so unhappy with a set in my life. The owner was there and did nothing to correct the issue. He knew I was extremely unhappy with my nails and I asked him what I need to pay and he was rudely like "$80" and I politely said what they did sincerely was nothing close to $80 and showed him and he just glared at me and repeated "$80". I have never been so close to just walking out and not paying someone. I have literally never complained outwardly about a manicure like this in my life! It was so bad. Three days later the paint is completely chipped and one nail is broken. Complete COMPLETE waste of money. It is really infuriating.

lol well first.. i went here back in april to get my nails done, i got a cute design, they were cute for 60$, which isnt bad for how much my nails usually are, BUT going here gave me an infection in my finger, that i had to go to the hospital to get antibiotics. then just recently i went here again because i needed my nails done asap and its been awhile since then and its the only nail salon near me so i just took the risk, i didnt get an infection, but i asked the lady to do a milky white color, and one diamond on each nail, and she gives me a white color , and charged me 75$ for a simple white look.. that i didnt even ask for, but i didnt have time to say anything that day bc i was running late for work , and at work ALLL the diamonds fell off.. so i went in the next day to get my nails fixed , to change the color bc i didnt ask for the color she gave me at first and she tried charging me 25$ for her mess up. and i told them no , like for what , it hadnt even been 3 days. so then he tried to bump it down to 10$ 💀 like this place is a jokeeeeee , dont go here 🤣 and not to mention , my pedicure from here was 60$ for a regular pedicure 💀

All in all their very good especially for the price. I always call and make an appointment so that I don't have to wait long. And when I get in there always ready to take me so far I haven't had a bad Tech yet. But I I can definitely say I really do like Vivian's Style.

I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I routinely get a pedicure every 3-4 weeks due to the way my nails grow causing ingrown nails. The nail tech who did my gel manicure was immaculate and his attention to detail was great, no complaints. The woman who did my pedicures said she was good at correcting ingrown nails and when I tell you this was the most painful removal I have ever had in the 4 years I have routinely received a pedicure. Not to mention 24 hours later the sides of mu big toes are still bleeding, they are still very painful and it hurts to put pressure on them while walking. I have a job that requires me to be on my feet and moving for 12 hours… this is unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
