Went yesterday. They said they were completely booked, completely understood so made an appointment for today. When I went in today, they really didn’t seem happy. I told them I have an appointment. After being ignored for a few minutes one of the technicians said that they are busy and if I mind coming back in an hour. I do mind and will not return. I saw that there were no appointments on their sheet for an earlier time, which means folks they just started working on were walk-ins. They just lack basic respect for your time and have very very poor customer service. I was hoping to switch to a new nail salon close by but it won’t be this place.

Had an appointment but waited another 30 minutes. Also she said my polish would dry in 5 minutes and could put my shoes on because they used dry faster coat...but they were a bit smudged when I got home..

I love this nail salon, the staff are so amazing at what they do and I’m always so happy with my nails! Definitely make an appointment as they can be busy but that’s because they are soooo good! 😊

My nails and toes look great. Quick service. Very little small talk.

Don’t waste your money here. I got appointment. Wanted a callus treatment which was the main reason i came there. She refused to give that sevice although they had one hour before closing!! She mentioned the callus gel takes 5 minutes and then it takes some scrubbing! One hour left she didn’t do it anyway. I even offered do not put polish on my nails and do the callus treatment instead, she still refused! I ended up just wanting to leave and told her not to do the polish. She charged me for the whole job in the end although she did not spend time doing nail polish for me. Terrible customer service. Terrible
