I've visited this establishment several times and each time I was not satisfied. This recent visit was a terrible experience and I will NOT be using their services anymore. I went in for acrylic nail removal. Professionals use pure acetone to degrade the acrylic and file off the remainder. This lady used a plastic nail (that was already on the table) and wedged it between the acrylic nails I had on to separate it from my actual nail. It hurt so much! She actually tore off part of my nail on two fingers. When I confronted her on why she wasn't using acetone she said because her way was faster and actually blamed the thinness of my nails, not the fact that she was rushing through it. My previous visits were for gel and adding acrylic nails. Gel comes out too thick and uneven and they can't shape the nails very well. Please don't go here, it is not worth the money. Cheap prices for cheap quality.

I wanted to like this place, after being closed for so long, i wanted to support this place. The owner is rude and makes it obvious she’s upset if you don’t upgrade a service. She gave me a manicure and it did not even put lotion on my hands at the end. Seemed like she was upset i didn’t want gel. Now lily the lady that was giving me a pedicure rushed through my service and cut me. Made me bleed because she was in such a hurry to finish to help another customer. They weren’t that busy, i understand that they are based off commission but i wasn’t given my time. I gave it a shot, this is not the best place if you want someone to take their time and value you as a customer. Don’t waste your time. Helen’s nails is a much better and cleaner place.
