This was the best experience I have had at a nail shop in California. They paid attention to detail in every aspect from calling to make an appointment to the point I paid. Melissa did my nails and Naomi did my pedi and I enjoyed every moment. Not to mention how much I am loving my nails and toes and how pretty they look. Definitely highly recommending them to fam and friends. ❤❤❤

Made an appointment at 10:30 for 4 people and they only had 3 people working at the time, we still had tonwait and we were helped at 11am, 2 us of us stsrted getting worked on while the 3rd nail tech was still busy! When the third nail tech was done she came to help and the other nail tech started assisting someone else who came in because she had an “appointment “ We have been here for 2 hours, for an appointment made pedicure!! We came from riverside because it looked like a good place, but looks can be very deceiving 🙄

We were not greeted. There are no liners in the foot bath. The area didnt look clean. My sister wanted to disposable sandals and the lady said no that she had gel and didnt need them. Lack of professionalism, lady was napping on the job, no energy, a clown, not being greeted, and I guess they are really trying to save pennies if they didnt even want to give disposable sandals never again. Only went there cuz my nail place was closed on Sundays. Missed a day of work because I got an infection/fungus from this nasty place.
