I LOVE BonLierre Nail spa! They have the best nail techs that make your experience amazing! I love the pedicure options you have to choose from to pamper yourself. I am also obsessed with their nail dip! Highly recommend my go to nail place!!

The hidden gem you e been looking for! I called super last minute and they had no more appointments for the morning. I got a call back minutes later that there was a cancellation so I was able to get my nails fixed. From beginning to end Kat went over and beyond my expectations. She is an amazing artist, communicator and just a beautiful soul! I have NEVER received a manicure of this magnitude on the westside. They are clean, friendly and super reasonable with pricing. Every client that came and left was on a first name basis and their nail art is impeccable. Look no further, this is the spot for you!

Very nice staff and open to requests. My bestie and I were walk-ins on Valentine's Day afternoon. The place was pretty empty when we arrived and they asked if we had an appointment. We didn't have to wait long and they were able to accommodate us. Helen and Nick took care of me and my bff and were attentive and made sure we were comfortable. We both got the BFF Combo which was $125 for multiple treatments including paraffin dip, hot towel wrap and a honey lotion massage that has me almost nodding off, it felt so good. I had to pay $25 more for gel nails just on my hands, not on my toes, and another surcharge for a design on my nails and on my toes. Helen was awesome, and she worked hard to match my nails to the reference photo I showed her, and even took a picture of the photo of my phone so she could look at it as she worked. She was patient and I was very happy with the end result. However it's only Saturday and one of my toes already has a chip when my pedicure usually lasts me weeks. 🙁 (see pic) Was a bit disappointed that they didn't have massage chairs or pedi spas, especially for the price of services that they charge. Instead they bring out a plastic foot pan for your feet to soak in - pandemic style - and put some dried lavender in it, which does smell nice. But the water cools off quickly. The chairs you sit in are oversized arm chairs that are comfy at the beginning but don't provide good support and it was uncomfortable near the end of my treatments. They don't use callus shavers, so the "Callus treatment" is just a callus softener and buffing block. When doing your manicure, they don't have manicure stations and perform the service on the wide arm rest of your chair and put lumbar pillows in your lap top rest the curing light on. When they do your hand furthest from them, you have to reach your arm across your body to sit on the armrest while they work on it, which is awkward and not very comfortable. Paid $200 total with tip for regular polish on toes and gel manicure for myself with designs on my fingers and a simple one my big toe. Overall, we had fun and it was relaxing but will probably go somewhere else next time.

Came here for a dip manicure with gel on top because I seen all the good reviews. Where do I begin…..I came in with a specific look in mind: black and a little hint of sparkle. She starts the manicure with absolutely no soaking of my nails and gives me attitude when I tell her to fix the shape of two of my nails because they were not square like I asked. Continues with the dip which looks like a dark green/blue instead of black but tells me it’ll look black by the time we’re done. An hour later it comes out as dark green/blue and she insists it’s black. Show it to a couple of customers and they agree with me yet all the workers can only see black. “Fixes” it by adding black gel on top and some cheap sparkle and I actually hate them even more. Should have told her to remove and start over but it was late and no one even offered. Kept speaking a different language amongst themselves which in itself is pretty rude and made me really uncomfortable. Paid and left. First time here and will be my last.

Nice pedi, one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten tbh. 5/10 of my cuticals were bleeding and one of them got a whole chunk of my skin off. painful manicure since the nailpolish sunk into my open wounds, wanted to cry half the time.
