Really wanted to like this place but it was honestly a terrible experience. Made an appt for a gel manicure and walked in. Witnessed the owner get in a fight with a customer for asking if she could get a manicure after her pedicure. Then the entire time I got my manicure they talked loudly about her to the point it wasn’t enjoyable at all. My manicurist didn’t wear gloves and cut my pinky finger to the point I pulled away and was bleeding everywhere. Barely apologized. Every finger nail was cut to the point it dug into my skin afterwards and on top of this they charge an up charge for using a credit card. The gel barely lasted one week and was chipping and peeling. Stay away

Helen did a WONDERFUL job! I came in for sns (which is always inconsistent) and she made my nails look natura and beautiful! Very detailed and well done. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I’m disappointed with my Gel X. My nail technician didn’t provide any cuticle care (after I asked him repeatedly about it). They were also unable to do a simple colored French tip. My nails also look very stubby bc the technician didn’t shave down the nail to look natural

Got a walk-in manicure right away, and had a great experience! They were very friendly, and the place had a professional, clean atmosphere. Would definitely come here again!
