Very thankful that they took last minute walk-in for me and my friend. Was able to pick out a good color fairly easily. The manicurist was very nice and gentle overall - however she trimmed my cuticles for my right thumb a bit too aggressively so that it bled a little… the overall job was fine, but am happy that the nail colors seem to to be holding on very nicely even for a simple manicure (not gel). Lots of customers coming and going, they prefer cash but credit card accepted, though cash in tips only or Venmo. One thing is that I wished the overall place was a bit more clean and hygienic, I was a bit uneasy seeing the manicurist touch cash and then going straight back to the nail work (esp since I had a little bleeding near the cuticles.) But I also kind of knew my expectations walking in - just wanted a fast and no frills place for a quick manicure.

Misunderstandings and the pressure to hurry up and choose nail design n alternating hands, as tips were applied and designed samples were jumbled together in a basket on my lap, as they apparently use pedicure stations for both hand and feet services...caused my anxiety to go through the roof! I almost got up and walked out sue after telling the tech that 1 tip was angled upwards n she responded with "It's ur finger, it go like this!" Anjelah Johnson vibes💯😅! Prices aren't marked and most that were an extra charge were $12 to $15 more then the price of the set! They turned out mediocre at best, very thin with no enforcement on the apex so I fully expect them to painfully break, as that's literally the support! Cuticles weren't pushed back nor was any dead skin removed! I if course still paid AND left a tip! Services:Meh= 2 Employee: =4 so total of 3⭐s... Update Edit: Removing 1 star as my prediction⤴ is no longer based on theorizing and instead has proven to b factual!! Added photos to show why proper reinforcement of stress area (Apex) is crucial...not only to extend life of set but more importantly to ensure damage isn't caused to nail or surrounding tissue!

I am so happy I found these ladies! I literally drive from Pasadena to come here each time. Kim/Nikki and the staff are amazing and fits me in every time.

I usually go another nail salon but I couldn’t get an appointment in the day I want to. So I tried this salon hence getting multiple recommendations. Arrived on time for gel pedi, a lady pointed the chair has full of cushions and told me to sit there. She immediately turned around and start talking to walk in customer and I was already not feeling comfortable since I don’t want to move all these cushions to other chairs. When other lady came over and start prepping the chair but they didn’t disinfect chair/arm rest and treys on both side, see the photos of try’s covered glitters and powders, disgusting. I had to remove gel, but after they covered my toes with (supposed to be acetone) for 5+minutes, I realized they didn’t use proper acetone because I can tell the gel wasn’t lifted at all. I have cosmetologist license and I KNOW how the gel look like after soak in acetone. They start scraping my nails with cuticle clippers, which I’ve never seen in my life nail tech using clipper blades to remove gels. After cuticle care/file/buff, they start scrubbing my foot without soaking them in warm water, which caused rough and extreme discomfort. I pulled my foot by pain but the lady kept rubbing callus file on my foot, then put my feet in tub. At this point I regret my poor decision that I didn’t make advanced appointment with my regular nail salon. When they applied base coat, the uv lamp stopped working. Next thing I saw was putting lamp on the floor to start charging, went to another one (also on the floor) to pick up and start using it WITHOUT CLEANING or WIPING them off. Yikes, this salon really don’t care about sanitation on their equipment at all. This place is dirty af, never coming back
