In my years of getting acrylics removed I’ve never had a more painful experience. At first the technician started prying the acrylics off with a nail, which caused my pinky nail to rip way too far up on my nail bed. After requesting 3 times to have my nails soaked and filed like they usually remove acrylics, the technician did and had me lay my wrists over an uncomfortable tool box. He then proceeded to remove the layers of the acrylics with a buffer (this was normal and what I wanted) but ended up over buffing each nail so much that my nails are now extremely painful to the touch and are cloudy, pink, and barely one layer thin. After this he began trimming my cuticles causing multiple to bleed and I now have scabs. He also used a cuticle buffing tool and went way too far up my cuticles causing a ton of discomfort. After requesting normal polish, he insisted we use gel and i politely said I didn’t want to pay more for gel and he didn’t offer me anything. I ended up leaving with just a top coat and he tried to charge me $40 for this treatment. My nails are in so much pain I can’t pick things up. I know the other technicians are very talented as I’ve had family and friends visit, but this was such a terrible experience for me.

Totally worth the price, everyone is so kind and my regular manicurist Thao is the best. Shes helped me grow out my nails and keep them healthy my natural nails are starting to look like acrylics. Great atmosphere, great staff, great owner and great beverages and superior service. I come here about twice a month religiously and I have been to so many nail salons in LA I'm so glad I found my forever home

We booked a couples massage during our stay in the area for a wedding. We're from the DC area where we have high end salons and spas - but NOTHING LIKE THIS for the price. We've even paid triple the prices and received nothing on the level of service you can expect from here. If you live here and aren't coming here all the time you are doing yourself a disservice. I would go out of my way to come back to this place anytime I am in the LA area. This place is a gem. Fresh coconut water from real coconuts, the best massage of my entire life (and better relief that my chiropractor), and incredibly kind and caring staff. I wish I could go home to a place like this. Makes me sad we don't have this place at home. This place is a Gem. It's clean and tidy and very relaxing. Book now.
