Very clean place with lots of natural light. My nail technician was very thorough and the leg and foot massage was amazing! English was a bit difficult to understand at times but smiles are universal. Please tip the staff well, they work with care and hunch over all day. They seem to accommodate walk-ins. We made a same day appt for two pedicures. I'll be back!

Great technician, they just over schedule and have you waiting past your appointment time. So unless you have an open schedule for the day you might rethink this establishment.

Every nail place in this area seems a little overpriced and this is no exception, but it is clean, spacious, airy and bright, and the mani-pedi is more than acceptable to me (obviously ymmv based on each tech). They have good massaging chairs, a wide selection of polish colors, and are the right balance of slow enough to be relaxing and fast enough that you aren’t spending three hours getting your nails done. One of my top choices in MDR for reliable, clean service.

Great manicure and pedicure. Just too pricey

Worst nail experience I’ve ever had! If I could leave a no stars review, I would! I came for an acrylic fill with gel polish and pedi with gel polish and callus removal. My fill was horrendous! The tech left dark lines across my nails where she didn’t file enough of the old colour out and applied acrylic over top and sealed the dark line in on multiple nails before I realized what was going on. When I brought this concern to her attention, she explained that it didn’t matter because I was covering with another colour of gel polish. When I protested once again, explaining that possibly next time I’d like a French tip and dark lines part way up my nail will not look good, she responded by (off topic) mentioning that because I had almond shaped nails and I wanted the new shaping to be more of a slight coffin look, that would be an additional charge. I am familiar with additional charging for gel polish and even callus removal and salt scrub etc… but not shaping my nails during a fill. I have never done this before (nor have I ever left a negative review before) but I got up and walked out. I would not allow this person who I felt was poorly trained (and who was trying to scam me) to touch my body any longer or stay in an environment I felt was incredibly unprofessional. I feel as though the manager, who heard me arguing with the nail technician with a heightening intensity, should have come over to at very least check in to assess the situation and possibly this stressful experience could have been lessened, but nothing of the sort happened. I did end up, by chance, going to jet nails located a few minutes down the street and they re-did all the poorly done work from ocean spa and all 10 of my nails look phenomenal!
