Go there for the best price in town but please expect worst experience. You get what you pay for. You will see once you compare nail salons in the area. Watch out for Jessica, she once told me that they no longer take credit card and made me take money out of the ATM. I spent money on the ATM fee, so she makes a little more receiving cash. I called back the next day to confirm that they still take credit card. I would be more happy to give her extra $3 in additional to my 20% tips than her trying to outsmart me like that. I just don't like people think they are smart and will lie to get a few bucks out of me. Poor integrity, if you must go for the best price in town, avoid getting your nails done by Jessica if you can.

I'm pretty meh about here for a gel manicure - the fact that they provide gel X doesn't make the experience I had worth it - the business model is to turn over people as fast as possible and the nail technicians are not well trained at all - I asked for a french manicure and had to ask them to redo the french tip a few times before just giving up and ending up with a weird round french tip. They also used a polisher to remove all the cuticles which created pain and isn't a very nice way, it's just the fastest. Even though they removed all the cuticle, they still left about 1.5 millimeters of space between the gel and my cuticle - so what's the point? Pretty unhappy and won't be coming back.

I want to start out by saying I’ve given this place 4 chances before writing this review and I’d never want to bash a business during covid times (I know they’re hard) but this time I have to tell the truth. This 4th time was my final straw. I came in at 5:30 for a gel manicure and immediately got seated (convenient) but after an hour and a half went by, by 7pm, they’d given me the sloppiest manicure and made my finger bleed. It was bad enough that they had to immediately remove the polish. 2 hours later and the photo shows you what I was left with.
