Did not have a good experience here. They left hangnails on my toes which have now become painful. Generally the mani and pedi both look like I did them at home - super messy. The gel quality in particular is terrible. It’s a little hard to tell in the photos I posted but including for additional context. This was done yesterday btw. There were small things too that overall contributed to a bad experience. For my mani they didn’t moisturize or do the included hand massage. Not the end of the world, I know, but the mani felt unfinished, my hands were left dry and yes I missed having the relaxation piece with the arm rub. It’s the part of the experience I actually look forward to. Also, I asked for a color (brown) and when I mentioned the one they used wasn’t right, they tried to convince me that it actually is the one I asked for, just not as old looking (?). As you can see, the color on my hands is not even remotely brown. I don’t have a job right now and I allow myself 1 mani pedi every 2-3 months. I’m so upset I wasted $75 on this.

The most wonderful salon! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and they did such a great job on my nails. I came by as a walk in and they seated me right away- they even let me bring my pup and we’re so sweet to her too! The facilities were very clean and hand and foot massages were so relaxing I kept adding on more time. They treated me to complimentary water with my service, and as of all this wasn’t enough at the end of my pedicure I was FLOORED when they gave me sandals to wear out. Not the foam kind either- real sandals. The attention to detail at this salon was everything and it made our experience so wonderful. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to share because I’ve never walked away from a nail salon so impressed (not to mention pampered)! I definitely recommend and will be back soon.

This place is the best! Katharine and the staff go above and beyond and it’s always such a great experience from the massages to the friendly interaction. My nails turned out really great! Mimi did a wonderful job at my half moon gel mani 🙂 I brought my husband here and he LOVED it. They really make you feel special!

Came here for years and seen them do this to others. Never thought they’d be this rude to me. Despite making an appointment, it took them 40 min to fill a tub w water after they seated us. When we asked nicely, the manager Katherine became extremely rude. Finally 55 min after my appointment started I had the first person work on my nails. They could have apologized and been graceful w it. I honestly think the manager Katherine could be emotionally unstable. She became irate to the point that other customers apologized to me afterward. Sadly it will be the last visit for me there. I’ll go down the street to more professional main attraction.
