I arrived early on a weekday to get a manicure done. I was the only one there and the lady was so careless with her work. All she wanted to do was watch the show , eat some fruit, and talk with the other coworkers. I waited sooo long for her to start, & when she finally decided to start she filed my nails down with her machine until I felt pain and burning. I never had a bad experience like this one before. I won’t be coming back to them anymore.

So I'm a regular at this location and I'm extremely upset 😡 this is my favorite place to go to and I usually see my girl Mimi here my favorite nail tech. What I don't like is the person who answered the phone! I asked for an appointment at 10:30with Mimi who I always request! But another tech took me I thought she would just prep my nails like last time and then mimi would do them. But no she did, but I let it go because that day I was in a rush and needed them done.....but she didn't even did the color right when fixing one of the nails! Not to mention she didn't make mimi aware I had an appointment with her so I'm extremely hurt. 1) I don't like to be lied to....if mimi can't do it and she's busy tell me and I'll go another time or day! 2) I don't like the fact that this person stole a regular from my main tech. 3) do not waste my time and money

River Nails did it again!!! Love this place. I tried find others, but I would rather driver 45mins away for strong beautiful nails. Save me money!❤❤

I got my nails done for the first time here, they were very kind. They shortened them for free a couple days later when I figured they were probably too long for work. I'm very happy with these nails! Good place.
