Seriously why can't they figure out a way to average in a ZERO star rating? I went to HI Class Nails to fix a bad mani I got from Tully nails. I got a basic gel mani with a gem on ring fingers. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE decision. One gem lasted 30 minutes one lasted 3 hours. Now one of my nails is starting to peel. I went in to complain (21 hours later) and she asked if I could come back tomorrow because they were busy ( with 2 pedicures) and the owner wasn't there. DON'T DO IT. The place is dirty and outdated. I can't tell you how many times she nicked my cuticles with the Dremel. But since I am trying to be more positive in 2022- if you need something quick and disposable for a dimly lit occasion, this place will work. They aren't busy. No wait.

They are Always courteous efficient and eager to please. I have been fortunate that when I go, I have a short wait time. Their prices are right too?! 😃

Terrible. Rude. Poor customer service. I took someone there for service. It was awful and service was none existent. Run. Don't waste your time. Plus they Don't answer the phones and talk about their clients and laugh at them. Just terrible. I would never receive service from there. Lastly, aren't these places supposed to sterilize their equipment.
