Rio, C, Bonnie, & Susan are the most courteous nail professionals I’ve ever met. Their attention to detail is impeccable! Rio is super kind and appreciative of our loyalty to his nail shop and it shows!! Love this place if you haven’t been here definitely give it a shot!

The employees here are very friendly and the time they spent on me to make sure everything was done perfectly was amazing. The atmosphere is peaceful. The quality of work is professional It’s taken me a couple years to find the best nail spa for me. I will be recommending Vinas to all my friends and family.

Very happy with my gel manicure and pedicure. Was able to get right in (no wait on a Sunday!), relaxing environment and good service!

I started visiting this salon when businesses started opening after the pandemic. I was happy with their service and with the quality until today. I had a very bad experience there and with confidence I can say I won't be back. I called to make an appointment and told them I needed a gel manicure and regular pedicure for myself and just color for my daughter. This is the way I have always made an appointment. I went to my appointment and they did my nails as usual. By the time it was my girl's turn, the salon was already filling up. The lady that was going to do my girl's nails asked for the color and she gave her the two colors she will be using. I am not sure why at that point she thought it was only her toes. She decided from the two option of colors what to put on her toes and then she left to see another client. I was surprised on why she wasn't finishing my daughter's nails so I went and asked her. She gave me attitude and started speaking another language to the owner. Then she told me she needed to see another client to what I responded that I made an app and it should be respected. As I wasn't happy with her attitude I decided to go and talk the owner who was seeing another client...to avoid any confrontation in front of her client, I asked if I could ask her a question. She looked at me very bothered and said yes with a very bad attitude. I explained the situation and clarified that I thought my appointment should be respected. To my surprise she wasn't empathetic at all. She was defensive blaming the situation on me for not being clear when making the appointment that my girl was going to have color in both nails and toes. I didn't feel supported nor respected as a customer. In a town with so many nail salons around it, one would think they will try harder to keep their clientele. Sorry to see that is not the case.
