Lily did a wonderful job! She dyed my hair blue black and I ❤️ it! I had it highlighted and dyed back in August. I was looking for a darker color this time. Very friendly service!

Super clean, great skilled nail technicians

This picture is a day after getting my nails done before my trip to Maui. The care my technician put in and her customer service is what those stars are for, unfortunately how the salon operated in reference to the front desk manager and how she spoke with customers alongside my gel manicure’s cost in comparison for value is what lost a few stars. I came in with no gel on my nails (which is usually an add on cost) and got a single color, and the service cost $45. No massage, no hot towel, nothing that constitutes $10 over the average gel manicure cost around the area. So in my opinion, something needs to be added to reflect the value in an almost $50 standard gel mani. I probably won’t return because of that because I am not looking for fancy acrylic or whatnot. As for customer service of the front desk, unfortunately I witnessed a handful of poor service techniques by the mere fact that I sat at the nail spots at the front… I get it, LG has some challenging Karens and various other obstacles that come with running a busy salon - which it was! However, no matter what or where, best service is kind service and many customers coming in were given little acknowledgement, short tempered instructions and the worst situation was a restaurant server (I saw her uniform) came in a day after getting her acrylics where the acrylic wasn’t applied properly (over cured I think she said?) causing it to bubble and get messed up. While explaining it to the front desk lady the manager insisted it was because of whatever she uses on her hands at work that caused it and she wouldn’t fix it again. They continued to argue and the manager would not let up- which in this case is extremely unprofessional and the cost of fixing the acrylic properly is less than turning off repeat customers like me and now that lady and potentially other who awkwardly stood by watching this go down. Anyways the place is clean and fine but can use improvement as far as value in their services for the cost and customer service in general….
