So I spoke the manager and another worker confirming what I want….Which were eyelash extensions. So Jenny comes in with so much confidence that she goes to my EYEBROWS AND SAYS YOU WANT EYELASHES YES???so naturally I responded yes and confused on what she was doing on my eyebrow and WAXS them without CONFIRMING I WANT THAT. I know she wanted that extra 10 DOLLARS so I went with it and said NOT THIN LIKE YOURS I LIKE MINES THICK……so then I KNEW she’s messed cause she started to say VERY PRETTY and shows me the mirror……ONE IS SOOOOOO THIN!!! And I tell her the error she did and how originally I didn’t want that….. she starts yelling at me carouse she’s did a horrible job and demand I pay her before anything else……. By then they spoke among each other and apologized did my lashes……while doing them she said she would do the next set for free……Let’s see if they mean it

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They do not want to give you service if you have your child with you unless you are paying to get something done for them which is discrimination against people with children. Not even to get your eyebrows done for 5 mins.

I I went a few times because it's close to where I live. It's not that clean. They barely disinfect the tools. They don't take well criticism when you're not satisfied with their nail work. I hate you have to pay say separate for waxing (Cash only) they can't charge debit. I couldn't take my toddler unless she was getting service done. They really sh the service. They don't have a lot of colors. And when they wax they use razor to cut on their waxing.
